At The Eagle Ray Dive Shop, we strive to provide you with top-quality diving and snorkeling gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
📌 Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
🚫 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
💳 Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

🚫 Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@eagleraydiving.com.
🎁 Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will refund the gift giver, who will be notified about the return.
📦 Return Shipping
To return your product, contact us via email, and we will arrange a return location for you.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
📌 For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
